What I will or will not draw

I will draw
 

  • Original characters

  • Humans

  • Humanoid characters (animal features like animal ears, horns and tails are also allowed).

  • Animals (like pets).

I will NOT draw
 

  • Anything hateful or offensive
    (racism, sexism etc.)

  • Anthro & furries.

  • Fetish art.

  • Nudity & NSFW.

Payment information

  • I only accept PayPal.
     

  • Payment is required up front.
    I will not start your commission until payment has been cleared.
     

  • All prices are in EUR.
     

  • Pay via "Goods and Services", not via friends and family.
     

  • Select "No address needed" when paying via PayPal.
    If you do not do this, PayPal will assume that I am providing physical products, which I am not.
    NOTE! The PayPal app does not have this option.
     

  • By paying you lock in your position in my queue.

Completion & Refunds

  • Turn around time is different per commission. I will try to give you a good estimate if you ask for one.
    You can request a rush to your commission but the price will be doubled.
     

  • If you need to cancel your commission for any reason you will receive a partial refund, depending on how much of your commission is completed.
     

  • If I have to cancel your commission you will receive a full refund.

Revisions

  • I will start with a rough sketch of the commissioned art, you will have to provide feedback.
    After this I will either change the sketch to your feedback and then continue to do the final lining + flat colours. After that's done you'll get to give feedback for any minor changes (such as colour edits). After this is approved I will add shading and the final touches and send you the file(s).
     

  • I do not offer unlimited revisions.
     

  • Major changes will require additional fees.

Commission Requirements

  • References.
    I will require visual references of you/your character(s). The more you can guide me in the right direction, the more accurate I can work on your commission.
     

  • Your username(s). If you commission me for Twitch.tv related things I will have to know your Twitch username so I can link you in my portfolio. 
    Or Twitter, it depends on which social platform you'll end up using the commission for.

Posting my Art

  • The commissioned artwork will be uploaded on my portfolio.
     

  • I have the right to use the commissioned artwork to promote my commissions and myself as an artist.
     

  • You, as the commissioner, have the right to repost the commissioned artwork to your social media/gallery/blog/etc. as long as I am being credited.
     

  • You can use the commissioned artwork as a reference for future commissions.

Livestreaming 

  • I occassionally stream commissions. If you don't want your commissioned artwork to be streamed, please let me know at the very beginning of the commission.
     

  • Please take in consideration that my time zone might not line up with yours. 
    My timezone is Atlantic Time. So I might not stream at a convenient time for you to watch.

Commercial usage of my art

I do offer commercial commissions.
(Commercial commissions are commissions that will be used to sell, e.g. Merchandise)

If you are interested in commissioning me for a commercial piece please email me. 

Former commissions also are NOT free to use for commercial purposes.

Terms of Service

  • I reserve all rights to the images I create (not the character(s) in the images).
    The commissioner cannot claim that they made the artwork.
     

  • The commissioned artwork is for personal use only.*
     

  • Commissioned works may not be modified*, repurposed, and/or resold. This includes, but is not limited to: selling prints, using works for merchandise you are selling, using works as a branded logo etc. Use in these and other commercial capacities will require a separate agreement.
    *Minor, non-destructive changes to the art is permitted. This includes cropping and adding text. Changes may not be hateful or offensive within reason. ​

     

  • Twitch.tv and other social media emoticons, profile pictures, banners, etc. may be used in a personal capacity beyond their intended commericial use. Any further commercial use including but not limited to: selling prints, using works for merchandise you are selling, using works as a branded logo etc. is strictly forbidden.
    Use in these and other commercial capacities will require a separate agreement.
     

  • Minor changes to the art is allowed (e.g. cropping or adding text).
     

  • I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
     

  • I reserve the right to put the commissioned art in my portfolio.
     

  • Rush commissions are possible but price will be doubled.
     

  • Commission Invoices are valid for 30 days after initial creation.
    After this time a new invoice will have to be made.
     

  • Commissioning me implies that you have understood and agreed to my Terms of Service.
